Region: Somewhere in the Orange islands.
Story:
It was a Warm sunny evening when Mikey was found washed up on the island he lives on by a Slowking. He was just a baby. Abandoned by his parents. The only clue anyone had of who Mikey was, was the mark on his wrist. Island Natives say it is the mark of Lugia. This mark signifies that Lugia had saved Mikey previously in his life, and in return Mikey was cursed. The island Natives believe this is why Mikey looks so much younger then he really is. Mikey was then adopted by breeders. When he was 17 he auditioned for Pokeidol and won. His winning song was of course, Lugia's Melody.

To bad for him, Mikey hates to Battle. But Mikey still played with him, teaching him what ever moves he could. Mikey wants Shenron to evolve as soon as possible so he can have his own flying pokemon .
