Alright here it is! The reference for the Mysterious Sailor roaming the SMOCT satellite. And look, I was even generous enough to give you her name
.I am not really proud of this piece, it doesn't have much personality... but it get's the job done. Feel free to elaborate on the design a bit. I am hoping one of the other more talented judges would like to make a reference as well xD. But this is the basic idea of her design.

Lunar Mist- The user summons a mist/fog in order to make it harder for her opponents to see.
Full Moon Bomb- The user summons up a enough power to create a ball of light. When the ball hits the target, it explodes.

I can't tell--does she have yellow lipstick or is it just the inside of her mouth that's yellow? o__o

No she just has really yellow teeth. Lol, of course it's her lipstick xD.
Granted they were originally supposed to be red. But that looked funny, so I chose yellow.
If you can't make it work try red or black, or just none at all. It was supposed to be subtle and not too noticeable, so don't worry about it.

Haha, yep! I figured, even mystery senshi deserve a guardian animal.
And yes, he is supposed to be a chubby kitty, not a physically fit one like Luna xD. He obviously eats way too many mice

And Nowari? I don't know, maybe? He is just sitting on the satellite now with nothing to do, so I could see him following around a new senshi instead of Lilith. But, I can't say for certain.
