um like for your finder window, you have a background above your icons. it looks like a header of your window. how do you make your icons below the picture?

when i use a background it appears right behind my icons and my icons start at the top of the finder's window...but ur background appears at the top of the finder and the icons below it..like a TOP MARGIN o,o

是哦，除非全部下载英文app才全部显示英文，自认为简体中文在菜单栏缺乏美感，繁体中文美感还不错，所以一直设置英文语言。

The theme is mix. basic is soliq caesar and little mod.the traffic lights from here [link] use themepark change ArtFile.bin,only for snow leopard

you download the wb theme,and change the .wba's name to .zip,then open it.or you open it use betterzip.you will find the traffic lights.
