From this to this .I did this at grandparent's house. Final touches later. Meh. I don't like it but here you go.
To me Mew will always be lab rat + undeveloped animal thing (kinda like embryo or marsupial young).
Its eyes fills like half of its skull...
Btw, does anyone noticed similarites between Abra and Mew? The same head?

Creepifying, but for that very reason, original (at least as far as Mew is concerned--most depictions are overly cute) and definitely awesome. I love realistic renderings of pokemon and other anime monster creatures, and I especially love those that don't try to make them all cute like in the cartoon--because when you think about it, a pink, seemingly hairless creature like Mew WOULD look rather disgusting, rather than adorable like it's often drawn. And I like your other Pokemon pieces too, for similar reasons. Great job.

Just a point of interest- Ditto has the same weight, color, base stats in each category; same as mew.
It is said that Ditto is a failed clone of Mew.

The creator of mew, wanted it to be cat-like. "mew" obviously a cat noise. In Japan, the make cat noises that sound like "neon" with a barely pronounced, "n" at the end. But the creators of course, don't want the pokemon to be or sound EXACTLY like the animal it's based on, so they used the English word for a cat noise. In Japan, small is cuter and better. So they took the "Ow" out of "Meow" now it is shorter, and sounds like "mew" the perfect little kitty noise, but to them, it isn't exactly like their cat noise. So it was decided. Mew was based upon a cat. But I can see why you thought mew would look like that
