Don't like the material of the render...its to dark...and the colors doesn't fit imo its interresting piece but nice is something different....i see the most people like it so i think its just not my taste of art....but nice brushing on the right tought..

The brushwork is mighty awesome, and the colors you've used are great too. I don't know if you went for a space piece, but I know it looks like one. ^_^ I'm going with eqosol on this. The glow around the render feels weird. And I think you should have given the render more contrast instead of doing the opposite, it's really great, and doesn't need to be hidden.

it looks too dirty.
when you do too much big brushing for no reason, it flattens the image. I understand you were trying to get some depth but you did the opposite.
try to do some minimal brushing - take your time.
also, why did you make the outline of the renders glow like that?

Quite a cool piece. I love the colors and it is well composed as well. Good blend of 2d wiht the render. The only thing I don't like is the outlines on the edges of the render, I think it could flow better with the rest of the piece. Still, I'm impressed, keep it up.
