I'm quite interested in the anatomy of the dragon, is that two sets of wings AND a frill for ease of swimming and flying? Or does it the frill that grows into what looks like that second pair of wings? Interesting concept.

She's a copper dragon, (from D&D,) so they have like two actual 'fingers' and the rest are these spines that support the rest of the wing, going down to the 'elbow' of the wing arm and continuing to the base of the tail.

Okay, I see copper dragon now, but if the two frontal bits are the two fingers, then what's the third thing behind that? You can only see the left one because the right one is hidden. I know the fin and the wings are the same on the copper but this seems different, deliberate. Was this the commissioner's change or your interpretation? Or am I just seeing things...wonky?
Either way I like it, it's unique, adds flair.

Kind of her change, mostly my interpretation. She wanted the wings to be shorter than a normal copper dragon, and I tried to make them more 'finger-like' like a regular dragon's wing. You might also be seeing it weird, hehe.
