~~~Part 1/2 of a comish for LilKittenAlice of FA, this part a cell-shaded piece of this awesome dragon!
Had fun working on this guy - was a good warm-up since recovering from traveling and illness. One of...a few black dragons I have lined up, also. Currently trending - black, celestial dragons. For the win.

I have always failed at making my dragons look like they have stars like this one. How do you do it?

It's actually just an airbrush with edited fade/scatter settings to make the marks spread out (like a spray brush) and with different opacities.
