~~~Second gradient-shaded commission for Blue443 of FA of his dragon Blue and his rider...
Blue here isn't actually Blue, per-say, but is actually named Storm at this point in his life. This was when the witch here riding him (in her epic steampunk-inspired gear,) named him Storm, and they were a team...generally doing ferocious things, hehe, hence Blue/Storm's epic growl!
I tried to do a bit extra with the shading...like doing the more webbed shading on the wings and also adding some ambient bright blue! I thought it added some more dynamics colour-wise and also kind of looks like they're in a lightning storm since I didn't do a full background on this piece...and also hence the darkened, turbulent blue texture.

i like the hindpaws to, the claws were done great how they are long and not stubby. and im not a pokemon ._. throw a poke ball at storm and well lets say there's going to be one steamy mad dragon XD

yes the mane and floofy spots are a thing i like about my dragon....if i ever comish for a simple line art image i want to do a silly art piece that has him in front of a large fan and mane blowing in the wind

as twi said this is from my characters past back in his younger days when he was taking in by the storm witch. she was not some one who was kind to others and Storm was more than happy to do her bidding
and taking in dont mean kidnap but rather found him lost and as a savage beast and it was her who taught him to talk and educated him. though grant it she taught him to be evil but non the less there bond was like mother and son

Yep! They're all hand-altered mixes of various free textures. I'll erase parts of one and merge them with others, and then the colours all vary by the settings and piece. ^^ Thanks!
