Design-A-Character commission for the coolest blue bird ever, L0st of FA, of a holographic dragon character of his!

Lost and I have been discussing this gal for a while, and I had so much fun working on her! I've been itching to try out some sci-fi effects, and this gal was a dream to work with them on! It was also neat to work with the hologram effect - I've never had the chance to do a design like this before, and it sure was a treat!

For the effects, if anyone is wondering, I used a mix of Photoshop's default layer rendering effects, (a few layers of noise and texturizer,) on different layer modes, and then I slapped on a handful of those rad brushes on the background and both over top of the flat colour layer in some different layer settings. Then I threw some more glow effects and made the line-art extra pale to 'wash her out' a bit more since she's not technically real.
