This piece of artwork means a lot to me - obviously, he's my scalesona. Due to the personal meaning of this piece, I have disabled comments as a tiny means of attempting to stop some of the systemic harassment I've been receiving for a long while now. While I know there would have been kind comments, (and for those who do take the time to leave nice comments, I do appreciate you, really!) there would have been plenty of prying, inappropriate, negative, and abusive comments. I am taking a stand and putting my foot down and defending my work, as I have the right to do so.

For those who have been following me for a while, y'all know this has been a long time coming. I first entertained the idea of giving Muzafr an overhaul a few years ago, and finally did the initial sketches of his new design back in 2018. For the few who give a damn, apart from the design updates, Muzafr's backstory and personality have been completely changed. That does NOT mean that I'll be selling Muzone's design/character. His first iteration still holds a special place in my heart. Time has changed me as a person, and it's only appropriate that my scalesona changes with me.

To those who are going to complain about the text being too small - too bad! I don't upload my full-res files for a reason. I also didn't put all the hours of work into this for some random Joe-Schmoe on the internet. The work was done for myself as a personal accomplishment and for close friends and supporters who I'm blessed enough to have in my life to care about my work and I care about theirs.

A little bit about Muztwo to hopefully answer any questions, summarized.

Muzafr is older, wiser, and ultimately disillusioned and jaded with the world and 'society.' He much prefers to keep by himself in his private kingdom, interacting only with those who haven't stabbed him in the back.............yet. He idealizes and adheres to an unwavering modus operandi of self-protection, privacy, security of himself, his information, and his property, protecting the very few he loves, and putting his energy into learning new skills, honing his existing talents, keeping healthy, and overall anything that lends itself toward self-improvement...above all else.

His natural elements are darkness, fire, and lightning, and he possesses innate magical abilities. He combines his elemental powers and magic to create unique breath weapons, spells, curses, and other abilities. He is borderline obsessive with studying the dark arts and ancient magic, honing his talents and developing new techniques, constantly in study or practice in the solitude of old, ruined castles to which he travels.

On the outside, he is very private, stoic, and barely speaks. To the few who know him closely, his 'Chaotic Neutral' side shines through the cracks of his tough exterior. His sense of humor is dark and dry, and he is a staunch realist. The few who can make him smile are his closest allies and mate. Though his existence may seem lonely or even desolate at times, he is quite content in his own company. While he is plenty disillusioned and skeptical of the outside world, he isn't particularly bitter nor resentful - he is more so indifferent, simply wanting to be left alone. (Which, much to his chagrin, is easier said than done.)
