In my story, Sunset has this thinking that friendship is dangerous in her line of work.. and the trio here is to make her understand what a family is..!
A bit cliche, I know, but I'll try to make it interesting..!

Your Sweetie Belle here does not...match the usual cuteness in which you display her. However, the other two are just as usual, and...honestly...you make the most beautiful Sunset Shimmer. Ever.

Yep..! Again, this drawing was my first attempt to draw the trio..!
- Back then in my headcanon, Sweetie was the oldest, then Scoot, and Apple Bleaum was the youngest.. that's why I made Scoot and AB look younger here..!
- In my second attempt, I thought the trio was about the same age, so I tried to make Sweetie look a bit younger and A. Bloom a bit older than they were in my previous drawing..
- Finally in my third attempt, after I brewed all the ideas I've had in my mind, I drew them the way as you can see there and tried to show their characteristics..
- And in my last drawing, it was my attempt to even more emphasize their characteristics~..!
As for Sunset Shimmer, my idea was to give her a "tough chick" impression.. so I made her wear a tanktop to emphasize her swimmer body muscle.. not too big, not too small..!
The glasses and those belts strapped on her arms have stories for another drawings. And I like how it turned out, that's why I'm keeping this look..!
Last but not least, I am so glad you find her beautiful..! I truly am!

Oh and I forgot to say why am I telling you this, maybe you're the person who pays attention to details.. hahaha..!

Sweetie Bot probably had to perfect her outlinings as well. Then again, she is the perfect model of a filly. It's all in the design.
I believe you got Sweetie Belle down in later drawings, definitely made her extremely cute (if not a little bit rebellous and uncooperative when it comes to feet).
And yes, that Sunset Shimmer is just gorgeous. It's not only her looks, it's the tough vibe, the fact that she seems to be able to handle herself. However she seems not to be able to handle life all that well, if she falls asleep on random fillies, for example.

all I know is that there is an autonomous robotic organism that looks similar to Sweetie Belle, and she is called Sweetie Bot~..!
And, thank you..! That means I've successfully created an EqG drawing which style doesn't look like uotapo's..! Ahahaha..!
As for her rebellious & uncooperative behaviour, it really proves that you are a boy, assuming "when it comes to feet"..
while the actual factor of it is totally different.. ah well..

I'm actually a guy, and personally would also call me a man now. And I'm just hinting on the fact that normally every question asked online is either completely fulfilled or downright brushed down, 100 percent or 0 percent, only extreme, never moderate. And it just seems like she's extremely insecure about her feet, yet is rebellious enough to brush it down with a harsh look and a strict no. Is Applebloom a farmgirl in your verse? Cause thinking back to my time, we always ran around barefeet if possible as kids. Jumping into straw from the top level of the barn, and so on.
Well, she fell asleep on Sweetie Bot, probably the constant whirring of her fans soothed her. I know it's a soothing sound for me now more often than not. ^_^ And yes, she looks a bit overstretched, it's good somebody is trying to get her to take care of bare necessities. Like sleeping and eating.

And about this rejection case.. put aside those requests and run around bare feet as kids "facts".. those have nothing to do with this case..
If you look at it very thoroughly, you will find that the context here is not about the foot. The foot here is just an object. Object of what you ask? Object of fetisishm. That is what you fail to recognize.
My advice, use yourself and your understanding of other people as a start point, not an end point. Compare them with other people's, and then you let other people speak up for themselves.
So if *my* Sweetie Belle was to speak up for herself, she'd say "It's not about my feet being seen, it's about the way they [foot fetishists] look at my feet, with God-knows-what thoughts in their minds. Their facial expression.. their fingers movements.. its just.. ugh.. makes me so uncomfortable.. so I suggest, go find another Sweetie Belle for that.. there's a lot of them.."
And so did the requester, he then found another Sweetie Belle and rest of the gang to show their feet soles and toes. Problem solved..

Okay, this bothers me now. First of all, not knowing what the question is about - a foot fetish - is not comparatible to not caring. This is not constructed on my side, I just completely forgot or didn't even think about the possibility of a foot fetishist asking for a comic image. If that actually was the case here, that's just sad, and nothing else. And my attitude towards that is not indifferent. Now that I know, I find the question rather pitiful.
Sweetie Bot is well-established. Sherclop Pones invented her for their Friendship is Witchcraft series. Lyra is, as you said, defined from what the fans saw in the show, she sits upright as a human in one scene, and she has a Lyre, an instrument nearly unplayable without grabbing something with hands, as her cutie mark. That's how the fans considered the possibility that she'd like to be a human. And in Equestria Girls, she didn't show up. An interesting fact.

No, it bothers me that I made the impression of indifference and carelessness. I was genuinely wondering what was wrong about drawing feet, until you mentioned foot fetishism, which I genuinely just didn't think about. People can sexualize - and will sexualize, R34 - anything. I just happen to not do so, especially not ponies or pony-related anthropomorphs. Frankly, the only foot fetishist I actually know by name is Quentin Tarantino. And I haven't seen his movies in a while.
Please understand that people who don't see a big deal in something might not have the knowledge or think about the cause that makes it a big deal. Not knowing all the facts prevents every person in the world to form an accurate opinion about something.
There's this company, it dislikes Friendship is Witchcraft, and thus tries to stop it. Sweetie Bot is part of it. But there's loads of fan art out there, and you can get FiW over other sources, no problem.

I painfully do understand that in this cyberworld there is no boundaries.. that's why I always say if anyone wants that kind of interpretations, ask another artists instead..
I know some people just don't know "the big deal" out of things, why do you think I've been struggling, foolishly trying to give people a better understanding of things? And that is also why I told you about ethnographic research method earlier..
Most of them also don't even bother to look it up and just assume things.. even, some people are too scared to find out.. and what prevents them from looking it up? There can't be too many reasons for it..
Look at how Ponyvillians reacted when Zecora came to their village in Bridle Gossip episode.. Zecora was the victim of circumstance there, until a certain brave pony stepped up and discovered the "truth".. well, lots of example can be found in politics..
