Description Trade Federation Destroyer Droid.

With just over a month off before I have to start revisin for exams, I'm going to (try to) get the last of these darned star wars drawings I've been meaning to do for... thinking of it, for about 1/3 of my life I've been meaning to get these all out of the way.

That of course doesn't mean these are the last star wars drawings I'll ever do - just when I was younger I got loads of bits of paper and wrote down names for various star wars vehicles/droids I planned on drawing... did a load then sort of gave up and did something else. Since then, slowly, a few every year, I've been trying to finish up what I started all that time ago... after this one here there are thankfully only 7 left from my original planned lot, so I'm seeing the end of the tunnel at long last. There will very likely be more star wars drawings in the future, just nothing pre-planned. they'll come as and when I feel like it.

I really mean it when I say I never like to leave things unfinished haha...

Anyway the next, and last few will all be various droids from the films.
This one here being the 'droideka' destroyer droid, inside the trade federation battleship. I haven't much drawing lately so I'm just trying to get back into it... The droid itself ended up not bad, but I think the background is too... visible, I guess. The droid doesn't stand out from the background enough is what I mean.

Actully short for Droideka should either be Eka. Or Droiddroid. Imma nerd ik but Eka Is colicoid for Droid. And colicoid's are the creator's of Droidekas. so theyr name is actully Droid Droid.

Thank you so much

I'm always trying to get better... one thing I tried recently was smudging drawings to make them look smoother and the colour better... but I hadn't done a drawing in quite a while so I'd actually forgotten to do that on the first few of the latest star wars drawings hahaha... At the moment since I have some time off (and being a student, no money to do anything or go anywhere) I'm just trying to get loads of things from my huge 'to draw' list onto paper.

I think the smudging idea is great! I always use neaded erasers for that, it works quite good.
