Description
Practicing run animation.. I used 7 images for now so it's not really that fluid.I once did a walking animation on my old technical high school for design* before so it doesn't look that odd.. but..
before i possibly file a bit more on it i would want some critique and useful tips for this please.
I'm quite motivated doing this run animation i dunno why
It's so much fun to make something actually move.*(Can't really translate it since we have a different school system in Germany it's called "Fachoberschule für Gestaltung" in german)

A good start! You could add a little movement to his spikes to make them bounce as his head moves, but as it is it's a really good loop!

It's not that present but i actually added a tiny bit movement to them

I can't tell if you do this just by looking at this, But when I want a fluid animation, I start by animating a proportioned stick figure. When I think it looks good, I draw the character i'm animating over it.

I did this just by looking at it. I only set a straight line as bottom to know where the feet need to hit the ground.
Though you're totally right the stick figure would've been the better solution.
I actually wanted to draw a stick figure at first but somehow it went out of hand and i subconsciously drew the character already.
I always make it too hard for me. xD Anyway thanks for the feedback.
