Yes, his name is Teatime.... X)I'm not very happy with this one, I made it in a hurry...
He is a hobo... a very positive, over-happy hobo... and he's tall. He can't see with his left eye, it's all black :3
He's got a bag which contains all of his belongings, you can see him holding it right there actually... and he's got his father's coat which only has one arm (the other one was torn off)... He's holding his coat and a scarf and a tiny little blanket which he sits on when he is tired of walking around...

When his mother gave birth to him (his parents were living in the street too) there was some stupid old homeless person walking about and shouting 'It's tea time.' Over and over again... And since their family (they were actually very rich but got thrown out) had forbid them to use their real last name, they didn't see what good it would do for Teatime to have a first name when he had no last name (without a last name, your name suddenly isn't that important and serious anymore. Don't question my logic). So they decided they'd call him Teatime... just for a laugh. So it's pronounced just like 'tea time'... :3 X)
