Ladies and glentlemen... Let's hear it for Vester Hemming!For the occasion, Vester is looking kind of light-hearted. But he doesn't tend to be this... light-hearted; he can be (usually) a very serious little guy. He has a short temper also, kind of.
This is a new character of mine. Another one, yes yes I know, I have yet to use half of the ones I already have... I know.
