No, I do not read this well drawn, and beautifully colored, yet shitty ass comic.Β My only exposure to it is randomly seeing his stuff on here from time to time.Β And if this is anything to go by, then the light ecchi teasing bullshit would've long since gotten on my nerves.Β Like either go full on or quit it.Β Stuff gets old, and some of us grow up as the years go by.Β

I can tell just from what little I see here that there's not much of a deep plot to be found in this comic of his, therefore I'm not interested.Β I've seen this kind of artist too many times to think I'll be surprised if I actually jump right on in.

Hmmmm interesting.Β You managed to pull a double irony with your somewhat inaccurate prejudgement of my stance on his comic, as I already had the notion that this wasn't a continuous, coherent story, hence another reason why I wasn't very interested in it.Β Why else would he keep recycling the same or similar gags over and over?
I also find his portrait work to be quite amazing.Β The color selection is off the chart.Β But that's pretty much all I watch him for.Β This constant reliance on light ecchi teasing is irritating.Β It's not that I'm one of those guys who wants to just lewd everything (despite what my gallery would entail), the problem here is more like, these types of artists pulling this bullshit so often basically gives me the feeling that they themselves have a sensitivity to the subject, and constantly like to play on the edges of it rather than jump full on into it.Β Playing around with the issue like some prudish, sensitive little kid - "OMG, A TIT IS EXPOSED!" *Earth comes to a screeching halt*Β Makes me rage, thinking to myself "YOU STUPID FUCK, GET IN THERE *kick*".Β It's irritating to see someone so scared of something so benign.Β

I don't have anything against discussion.Β In fact I encourage it.Β I don't see why people see something as negative, stop there, and then dismiss it outright because they think it'll just go nowhere.Β An exchange is an exchange.Β One's opinion is one's opinion on ANY topic, and since conversation still happens these days, giving up at the first sign of opposition doesn't seem to make sense to me.Β If all else fails, further discussion in different similar topics are always an option, but people generally tend to give up instead.Β Extrapolating much?
With that said, I know a guy who's been reading the comic faithfully up until he dropped it a while back.Β Pretty much confirmed everything I need to know about what I'd find in there.Β The fact that you admitted that this is basically Charlie Brown esque material simply reinforces one of my "prejudgements" on what this comic could offer me.Β Besides the two main male and female characters, the rest of the designs are boring, and interactions like " Nat told Keith that he was no longer trying to hide his sex, but was happy with Flora believing she had bigger boobs than him" is the kind of crap I've come to expect from this comic.Β About as shallow as the moe nonsense that I constantly run into in anime.Β Again, gets old.Β
