Description
I used to not enjoy winter, with it's interminable cold, icky snow that needed to be shoveled out of the way; and then one day I bought two broken snowmobiles at a garage sale. I fixed them up, added a cutter sleigh, and discovered the joy of snow. Suddenly winter wasn't long ENOUGH!
So, if you hate winter, I suggest this prescription: Get yourself something warm and cozy to wear, buy a big tub of hot chocolate, and then buy yourself an old snowmobile. They are more fun than you can imagine, and when the snow flies, you get to play! Suddenly there will be a use for all that white stuff and your winter will become quite short, indeed.

Thanks, COD3-master! The secret is that I sometimes practice in the mirror; though I am currently out of practice, I think! I probably need to put in some Tychotime before this upcoming Saturday's GLFC convention. Tune up the ol' charm... Aw, never mind. Who am I trying to kid? TychoAussie has a life of it's own, I'm just the happy puppet within.

You're welcome! No way! I'm going to be at GLFC! Perhaps our paths shall cross. I'll be the one wearing the incredibly fluffy African wild dog tail. :3

I'll be the one wearing the... fluffy blue merle tail. 'Except I dont look at it as wearing a tail, I look at it as FEATURING a tail >^_^<
I'll keep my blue eyes looking out for you.

It's a pretty solid, clean machine, and it was warmed up so the rings were sealed nicely. It's jetted right & I run Amsoil Interceptor so the blue smog isn't hardly noticable once the engine's running good. That, and there was only a gallon of fresh 93 octane in the tank so no fuel slosh to worry about. Tycho was safe. I took it easy, didn't do any jumps or stand it on the rear track - Wouldn't have been prudent as I am quite out of practice.

It looks in good shape. Come up to Canada and go snow mobiling up here, parents own a camp. Always nice to escape technology.

It's all about our own personal perceived risk versus reward ratio. What might be safe for me might be unsafe for you However I didn't foresee any problems nor did I have any. Of course, any time you involve engines, moving parts and speed, you have hazards. I think I am able to manage the hazards based on being familiar with both the operation of my machine and my fursuit. Tycho Aussie has good vision capabilities, better than most realistic fursuits.

That makes sense considering I've never had experience in either a fursuit or driving a snowmobile. I've only ridden a snowmobile once in my life
