another godzilla monster, this one was always my favorite. *even more so than gigan*. biollante, in her second form, was such a badass. and i'm not sure, but didn't they use humpback whale songs to create some of her sound effects? o_Oanyways, this was originally alot bigger, but i got lazy, and then got tired of it. lol.

I've tried drawing Biollante before, a few years ago... I'm not sure what happened to that picture, but all I know is that my art of her would be picked up, gnawed down, spat out, and trampled over by this one.
I really like how you made a different side to her on here... in a soon-to-be chaotic area, during the night. The vines actually LOOK like vines, and the bulbed heads of the living vines are almost alien.
Biollante looks ferocious in this picture as she glares at you, surrounded by a mysterious blanket of darkness that makes her more incredible. Even the bulbs seem to be glaring, despite their lack of eyes. And the detail on them as a whole is remarkable. Words can't describe the detail of this picture! It's almost as if the dawn of man has ended, and the eve of Biollante is soon at hand.
