Women can't become Space Marines. This is unfortunately Cannon-fact, the process just doesn't work on them.

I wonder why females can't be space marines. Why not take of the useless breasts and pump'em with testosterone untill they have the muscles needed? Since they take neophytes while they're young and not sexually differentiated, it wouldn't really add that much of a hassle and drastically increase the pool for selection.
Although, primitive planets might not yield many warrior women, it'll still give an increase in able bodies for very little increase in input.

they can't be space marins becouse they can't make the progres it was made for men but they can be batel sister witch are pretty close to a space marrins, it take about 10 years combat traing(as Scouts) then about 5-10 years(don't really remember)to transform to a space marine with means that they need surgery, they got about 2 hearts and more, so it's a full body surgery, and that also why they are 3 meter tall.
