As stated in the previous comment, this Tribute is also loosely based off of another creation, Megaspinosaurus by
Dededeman7 (Chief Founder of Spore-Freaks).
I do apologize for the lack of small info spots, but my research is not that extensive. I leave that up to my recipients.
