By all acounts it could be said that Swindle is pretty much the Decepticon version of Wheeljack, the main difference being that all he knows how to make is weapons (then again that's all he's asked to build anyway). And unless it is Megatron himself who comissions a weapon, well, his brand of toys come with a hefty price, anything from extra caches of Energon to rare trinkets and materials. As one of the five Combaticons he is one of the five pieces to form Bruticus....or at least he was before the other four Combaticons became MIA, so he has since retooled his built in Gestault Combining Tech to allow himself to turn into a big gun if the situation calls for it.
