Sort of a return to that Megaman idea I had but with a different spin. The design used comes from this Sammy 64 alternate Costumes bit I did; [link]

Sammy 64; "MEGA GIRL"
BIOMETAL TYPE; Prototype Weapon
WEAPON; Sammy Gun, Mega Buster
SPECIAL ABILITY; Power Slidekick, Biometal Weapon Copy

Sammy was already a powerful android equipped with her own buster weapon the Sammy Gun and a small array of "T-Items" to traverse areas. But with this new Biometal Mega Man at her disposal her powers are given a much needed boost which she'll need going up against all these other Biometal Users.

After a long and hard battle with the Biometal user Sephiroth, the heroic Sammy finally found the very Biometal strong enough to contain Terry's powers. Thanks to this new Biometal armor, Terry is in full control with the Zero Biometal's advance bio-energy fluxuation limiter systems, he is also able to adapt his otherwise unstable power source into a precision weapon known as the Z-Saber and the Zero Buster. He has grown a little too dependant on this Biometal, but that is only out of fear of what his power can do without the armor holding it back. He does have the option of deactivating his Biometal, reverting back to his chaotic Dragon Form, but he dares not use it unless he has absolutely no other choice.

So yeah, Terry has the Zero Biometal now, or at least he will as soon as Sammy defeats the Biometal Zero's user Sephiroth (good fucking luck). Yeah if this were a game that's how it go, beating Seph unlocks Terry as a playable character for new games (he'd get his own different plot involving rescuing Sammy).

EDIT: I've been base coloring my Biometal User designs the last few days (I figured they'd be better if we at least knew what their color schemes looked like), tell me what you think :3
