Yes, that is Cykill. I know he pales in comparison to the likes of Megatron but, I don't know, just something about his design as a transforming robot (or cyborg or...what the fuck ever) appeals to me for some reason. Of course by Transformer name standards, "Cy-Kill" is kind of a shitty name so I decided to change it to "Overkill", not much of a change but hey gotta stay true to the original design right?

He used to be leader of the Renegades, a seperate faction of Cybertronians that had a vicious blood rivalry with the Decepticons, but once Megatron became leader of the Decpticons, well, the Renegades were forcefully (and brutally) disbanded. Now the defeated Overkill serves as a Decepticon, much to his disgust. Both Overkill and Crashcourse (Crasher) [link] serve directly under Soundwave [link] as his elite enforcers, as such they too possess alt. modes that are actually police unit vehicles. Overkill here transforms into a police issue three-wheeler vehicle that frankly is quite large for a motorcycle vehicle.
