And so I add another Maximal to my Transformers fold, the samurai warrior Tigatron re-imagined as Powerglide. He is the second hand man to Silverbolt [link] and thus part of the Air Defense team including Bulkhead [link] and Jetfire [link] .

I was gonna have Tigatron be one of the Aerialbots that would form Superion but as the design turned out the way it did I could not exactly figure out the best way to do it so I scrapped that idea.

I went with making him Powerglide after I got my hands on the Universe line Powerglide figure (really awesome figure by the way^-^). This rendition also turns into a A-10 Thunderbolt/Northrop YA-9 hybrid, the cockpit actually flips upside down in robot mode to give him that tiger-head chest look. the revolving fins from the wings detach and can be used as dual short katanas or combine into a large masamune blade.
