Description Had to choose a weapon to model for uni- the challenge is that it had to be 700 triangles or less. And what's cooler than a Pulse Rifle? Answer: Not a lot.

Yeah- I think in the Alien films they merged a couple of different guns together. I think the main body was the Spas 12.

it was a thompson machine gun with the cage and pump grip from a spas 12. the pump was flipped round 180 degrees which is why it looks slightly odd. And out of interest the smart gun was a moded germanΒ mg42a from ww2. All the guns were picked because they had interesting muzzle flare

Looking good, mate! The UV could've been more optimized, but I know, I know, UV mapping is a royal pain. As I said, good job, probably couldn't have done it much better myself!

Thanks mate- yeah, there's plenty of wasted space on those texture sheets. I was just glad I managed to get that far without throwing the PC out the window.
