Description
The Scarlet Devil Mansion interior was the last segment I did. The deadline was too close, that's why I hadn't time to detail everything properly. The first sketch: cs313231.vk.me/v313231879/8b4/…
The final variant with bats (they were necessary to do not too boring border with the segment to the left): cs413727.vk.me/v413727879/2a68…

My honor, sir.
Here's some materials I would like to mention.
Two weapons are related to Norse mythology.
A spell card of the mistress is called Divine Spear Gungnir. That's Odin's spear.
Flandre's Lævateinn was locked in an iron chest with nine locks under Hel. (Poetic Edda)
Well, there's also a Norse dragon in Poetic Edda.
It's Níðhöggr, the eater of world tree Yggdrasill and destroyer of the nine realms.

Thanks for the information.
Hmm, it seems you know Norse mythology well. I read fragmentary Norse myths many years ago. I remember about the Gungnir, but there was no single word about Lævateinn.

Lady Flandre is holding the artifact in official book and cover art, so it's not just a summoned weapon like Gungnir.

Yes, I should check Wiki more frequently. Thanks again.
Can you tell me the reason that forced you to study Norse mythology? It's highly unusual for a man who lives to the "east of Suez"... or not?

Sorry it's been a year for reply. My mailbox is a mess. To answer your question: I study English Literature in my college. One of the professors did a request on such topics, so this is a part of history. Can't speak I am an expert though.
By the way, a new theory about lady Flandre.

Long time no see, glad that you're alive.
Thanks for the answer. Though you're not an expert, your knowledge looks sufficient.
Speaking of this theory... There are too much kanji, translating it will take eternity. ^^'

Great piece of work. ^^There's one thing I'd like to share.
I suspect that Scarlet sisters may be dragonborn vampires.
Their teeth are different from ordinary vampires so they earned the family name.
Mistress Remilia told a half lie that she is connected to Vladmir Dracula, and Dracula means "son of dragon".
By the way, in TES Skyrim, the dragonborn could be a vampire at the same time.

Although Skyrim is unrelated to Touhou and can't be used as a proof, it's still an interesting theory, sir.
