This was done in about an hour, and I am really happy how this turned out! This picture was referenced, and seeing how I haven't had a reference since elementary I think this was one of my best artworks ever.Well, this is Tsuchi Kin from Naruto. She is one of the characters from the chuunin exams who tries to kidnap Sasuke. She has the senbon (needles) and attaches bells to them and does some weird thing to her enemies. When the bells ring the person sees multiple Kin, they get confused and have a hard time fighting back.
This picture came from one of my Naruto books. I chose this picture specifically because it seemed one of the easier pictures to draw. I think it turned out really nice (especially if I'm comparing it to every other one of my pictures that have been referenced in the past few days). Tell me what you think; what's good, what needs improvement, that kind of stuff. I'm looking forward to what your opinions.

Hmm... let me say that it is very good, and i'm proud of you!
Here's what i see that could possibly improve 
When drawing weapons such as the senbon needles, don't be afraid to draw the line all the way through the fingers at first, they just seem like on side was drawn and then the other was attempted to match it. Just draw a straight line, then erase what is not wanted, remember that an eraser is an artists best friend, next to the pencil itself of course

Thanks! I agree, I had problems with the eyes and the hand, I thought it could also be raised as well, but moved to the left a bit also. The needles were attempted that way, and I'm ashamed. I knew about that, I just didn't remember about it at that specific moment.
The bow and the hair were that way in the picture (along with the pants). The bow/hair thing did kinda bug me, but I just stuck with the picture.
