Excellent use of color and lighting. Goat Mom is surrounding herself with fireballs, and yet one of the first things I notice is the glint of tears in her eyes. She doesn't really want to fight Frisk...she only wants to protect the fallen child. But how Frisk handles it, can literally make or break Toriel's spirit.

Like I mentioned earlier, you seriously are improving with each drawing you post and your shading is improving too. Not to mention you're noticing and working upon the tiny, usually unnoticeable details that really make the picture stand out.
