Unn...was done as an ID but ... while working I began to love this art so much that I even thought of uploading a print... but then I realized that no one on dA will seriously add it to wishlist or even purchase or whatever cos all my arts are crappy right now and blah blah blah

Well if someone really wants to (I don't believe)) then ask me to upload a print XDD
But nevertheless I luuuv this one sooo much :333
Pencil sketch, scanned, totally redone in Open Canvas 4.06, Adobe Photoshop CS + newspaper photoes edited in PS CS also by me;
I used 's grunge brushes and 's blood brushes (thank you all!))

The text is Oscar Wilde's story "The Nightingale and the Rose". It's rather short but very beautiful and sad story of a Nightingale that died to get a red rose for a man who needed it. Unfortunately death was in vain... Well anyway you'd better read it
