ADVENTURE HERE: writer.inklestudios.com/storieβ¦You start holding your breath, body shaking from both the shock of nearly being shot and the fear of being found, you try and keep an ear out for any signs of chatter, ringing still slightly occurring as the men outside suddenly stop talking.
You tense up, not even daring to blink as you wait.
And then SLAM!! The door opens, a mass of hands grabbing at your, clutching your hair, clothes, legs, anything the crew can get their hands on as you're dragged out of the cupboard screaming in terror and pain, quickly forced and pinned down to the ground.

What a fabulous way to present a highly successful jump scare from the story. The tight framing really captures the proximity and the intimacy of the peril with absolutely no room to maneuver or escape. It's a marvelous claustrophobic feeing. You have managed to visually manifest the "mass of hands" as they grab at every available part of her, and you expertly show the hands without the owners which makes it more frightening, more frenetic, and feels much more like a "mass."
