OMG took forever to get this done, i swear it took more than 5 hours!! I started with the buizel because ive wanted to draw one for ages, then I added the vaporeon. At first I did the white parts of the water in block colour but then it occured to me, wtf are you doing, you can use liquify for this. I also tried a new technique i found on a tutorial for waterdrops, they're not great but i think they sort of suit the image. I put lens flare all over them to get that gleam from the sun behind and also to make the buizel look a bit darker as well.I'm doing commisions for

Don't use the brush tool. Its very noticeable and takes away from your hand-made efforts.
If you need to, draw an area (mid-large size) with the brush tool, then copy and past, but be sure to flip, skew, change opacities, and alter hues just a bit to give it a more realistic (and less-noobish) effect.

is this with the grass? Yeah i sort of lose it with backgrounds, cant do them very well and i did notice that the grass did make it look a bit bleah
