Description
Two time periods, the same guy ^^ Thanks to I finally managed to create Elijah's maker, the centuries old vampire Tristan.Tristan was born Drustan in a small Celtic village near a deep forest in 630 BC. He quickly proved to be very spiritual and close to nature which instantly destined him to become a druid. In his training he tended to a sacred place in the outskirts of the forest. Legends said that a demon lived deep within the woods and no one was allowed past the sacred place or in the woods at night.
Drustan however constantly broke this rule by slipping out there in the night when the forest was all quiet and the stars were his only companions.
One day, it was almost dusk, he was alone at the sacred place when a pack of wolves attacked him out of nowhere. Drustan tried to flee and ran deeper into the woods, accidentally falling of a step cliff. Laying there, his back broken and unable to move he saw the wolves approaching while darkness descended over the forest. Strangely though the wolves kept their distance and suddenly a voice talked to Drustan, whispering through the trees like the wind. The voice offered him a chance to live and the young man accepted.
The last thing he saw was a shadow rushing towards him, then nothing.
He woke up, perfectly healed, in a cave lit by torches, the sanctuary of Thanatos, an ancient vampire who never had been human. He had watched Drustan from a distance many times before and was fascinated by the young man's connection to nature and the spiritual world.
Quickly adapting to his new life Drustan learned much from his master and wandered the world with him, seeing history shape it.
He later changed his name into Tristan and actually became the inspiration for a version of Tristan and Isolde by ChrΓ©tien de Troyes, a french author living around 1140 to 1190, a version which is considered lost today though Tristan holds the only existing copy, given to him by ChrΓ©tien himself.
After the Principality of Galilee was destroyed by Saladin in 1187 Tristan crossed paths with a young nobleman some years later.
This young noble had recently hit rock bottom. After losing everything he had turned to tourneys but only with little luck. Trying to cheat he was caught and dishonored, robbing himself even of the possibility of marrying wealthy. He tried himself as a highwayman with a bunch of thieves. The group's first victim was a young noble traveling alone at night. An easy prey...
Standing knee deep in the blood of the thieves just the unlucky noble was left alive, holding the sword in his hand and set on protecting the one thing he had left - his life. Being fascinated by this kind of courage Tristan decided to become a maker for the first time. And so began the journey of forming a vampire anew, with Tristan as the master and James, the former nobleman and wannabe thief, as his apprentice.
In 1523 Tristan had moved to London and was a constant patron of the Globe. He loved the colorful community of the night which had formed around the theatre. This is where he met a rundown lesser noble who had been cast out by his family and did what he needed to for a living, stealing and whoring. Tristan was attacked by three men who considered him easy prey but before he even could defend himself, this streetrat stepped in. He fought with a fierceness and fire in his eyes against all odds and being outnumbered, just to protect a child from being mistreated as he was himself.
Standing in front of Tristan, bleeding and exhausted, all he asked was if Tristan was okay and unharmed.
Tristan saw something in his eyes, clouded by grief and the years on the street but it was there. Something told him that this man was more than he seemed to be so he offered his savior what he had given James hundreds of years ago.
Elijah accepted.
He proved to be much more difficult than James though, using his new powers to have revenge on his father and turning his sister into an even younger vampire than Tristan was. And James didn't welcome his new "brother" with open arms neither.
Despite all the struggle Tristan managed to keep his little family in check. Today he is one of the highest ranking members of the vampire society, head of the Council of Vampires and putting a lot of his money into the protection of his beloved nature he saw being destroyed through the millennia. Being over 2000 years old he still has contact with his maker, who leads the clan near London in which his two sons live by now - and still don't really get along with each other.
Tristan is also the driving force behind the peace treaty between vampires and lycans after centuries of separation and even several wars. Something which he did not only make friends with.
Being a business man if needed Tristan also knows how to act his seeming age and often posed as either the son or nephew of Elijah or James through the centuries. He never created another vampire after Elijah, having enough to do with him already.

All I did was make a few suggestions, but I'm glad I was helpful You were clever in the way you made him seem "older" in the second picture, even though he's physically the same - you used the clothes and his pose and expression to make him appear less innocent and more self-confident and assured. Personally I think the longer hair suits him better!

*lol* You too? I keep looking at him and thinking "damn, the long hair looks so much better!" *lol* Maybe I'll keep it and update the picture with it
A few suggestions is putting it a little mildly, I wouldn't have made it without you
