Hah, indeed he has. It's a bit of a power struggle between the two. I wanted to avoid the stereotypical top/bottom thing with them, since their design makes you think it's the usual way: Jon as bottom, Velkan as top. I really enjoy role reversal.

Mhm. I totally understand that. Most of my characters, though they may physically embody the stereotypical bottom and top roles, are versatile. Not meaning they don't have their own preference but trying to fit anybody into that label feels wrong

I really love an image like this that makes me rethink my impressions of a character. Velkan is a wolf, so because he's much larger and stronger than Jon I assumed he was the "alpha male" as would be the case in an actual wolf pack! I love how gentle and sweet he looks in this image, it gives him a vulnerable quality that makes me like him even more.Β Β
