Whitechurch Manor had many secrets and was known for more than one haunting but Jonathan instantly knew that it wasn't a ghostly spectre running their semi-corporeal fingers through his hair this morning. He didn't even have to look up from his book, simply recognizing Syd by the sound of his lively steps and the heels of his expensive shoes clicking on the marble floor of the library. Not to mention the enticing scent of the demi-god's perfum which surely cost more than Jonathan wanted to know.
"You're using it," Sydney said triumphantly.
"Good morning to you, too."
"Like silk," the demi-god purred.
"You know that you are touching my hair without consent?"
"As if you would say no to me."
"Wow..."
"I know you too well, vagabond... can I braid it?"
"No. See? I can say no to you."
"Oh come on!" Syd pouted, crossing his arms in front of his chest, "I mixed you that conditioner and it did wonders. I deserve to braid your hair..." He took a deep melodramatic breath. "Cas never lets me braid his hair," he added quietly, sounding like a child that didn't get what they wished for on Christmas Day.
Jonathan rolled his eyes. "Fine."
"Yes!" Sydney grabbed his hand, pulling him along to one of the sofas in the corner. "Can I add flowers?"
"NO!"
"I was just asking... spoilport."
