Hm... not really. Elijah isn't evil. He's a seducer and of course he drinks blood but he's also not a killer when avoidable and he lives his life to the fullest and wants his "victims" to enjoy themselves. Tyron (the red head) on the other hand is obsessed with vampire killing and deeply scarred from the harsh upbringing by his father. He can't even see beyond his hatred for vampires, he simply considers them monsters. So actually he'd be the "evil" part of this pairing.
