Description
Finalized version of my latest upload, I just didn't like all of it. Way more content now.Tyron holding a book since he reads and studies a lot, planning to become a lawyer despite being a vampire. Hey, creatures of the night sue each other too
Alessio with a spiked collar, fitting for the tough Lycan who just happens to be a little too small to be taken serious by his brothers. And he is addicted to Elijah like a puppy.
Elijah with the apple and the snake. He is the sin, the one all the problems start with. Alessio, Tyron... he is their original sin
Marietta with a Scarlette Finch... for really no obvious reason at all. ^^* I wanted her to brush her hair but that looked awfully girly. Then she was holding a glass but that didn't really fit either. So what is closer than giving her a little bird to create the perfect mysterious imagery with no real meaning? *lol*
Francis however is the sweet little temptation with the chocolate in the heart shaped box. He can't even eat it since vampires in Linky's and my story only achieve a heavy case of throwing up when trying to eat real food. Ask Elijah for the tomato soup he ate in Venice, he'll tell you
Anyway, enjoy and tell me what you think

what a beautiful pic of the gang! every single one of them looks amazing! my fav: ofc Elijah, hot devil undisguised! - but also cocky Alessio, studious Ty (hey, one of the best pic with him!) - even Mari looks great, and Francis so sexy. perfectly composed, the whole pic, and you're an ace at toonifying!

Holy shit, that's pretty ancient. Yes, I still like parts of it but overall the character design aside from Alessio didn't really work for my friend and me. I'm still using the software I used to toonify this but I toned it down and made the effect subtle and more painterly than toony.

detail: when i say "toonify", talking about your style for the vamp series, it's actually a bit wrong - more like comic-style-ify. imho toon or manga is different (don't have a clue tho'), and i prefer this here...
painterly worked great too in certain pics, like the one where Alessio jumps at Eli in the woods ^^
a real pity you & your friend weren't happy with the charas here, i found it was the best Ty ever, and actually, the best all ever. Francis negotiable, he looks more grungy than queeny here (but sexy as fuck!), compared to earlier pics.

Hm, I kinda liked that Ty back then, too, but I was never happy with round-faced, long-flowy-haired Elijah. I never saw him like that. He was a leather jacket and stubble type from the very beginning but I could never really recreate that with my skills and assets back then.
As for the style: All those effects are done with a software called "Postworkshop" and I was trying with shading and effects for quite a while. This one most people told me killed too many details.

now postworkshop is called photodonut i just saw.. and i think it's freeware, not sure, cuz i don't do demos and such. if it's totally free, i might give it a try.. i think what i liked in that pic here was that it was.. eeeh.. hard to say.. clear? often with comix-ified 3d, it's somehwere between 3d and comic, a bit of both, but not really. or too dark thick comic lines. this had for me just no 3d left, just the lines fo comic.. dunno how to say - i don't quite catch what people meant by "killed too many details"...
ok, round-faced isn't good for a vamp - i actually never really noticed, but you're right. long flowy hair is very much the vamp classic, the romantic style - negociable. i suppose an older vamp who changed styles to adapt might wear leather and be grungy today, works, yeah.. best would be to show him thru the ages i think ~

Nice! I love all of these I've seen so far. I make pics for my characters, too, just never done a group one. (Really should, one of these days.)
Gorgeous work!

Nicely done. The poses are very natural and relaxed. The colours are excellent. Even the filter added afterwards adds a nice texture as if they whole thing was drawn and painted, rather than rendered 3D. I rather like that effect.
And happy early birthday.

Francis and Tyron are definitely better in this one. Tyron is no longer fatally embarrassed by Elijah , and Francis is getting into the whole "dark seduction" thing with that chocolate. "Dark seduction" pretty much describes what chocolate is, after all
. Marietta is more serene and enigmatic here, though. In the first version she was being shameless and provocative. Here, she is the one symbol of Mystery amongst the four who symbolise Seduction.
I like the slightly leaner face and more intense stare you've given Francis in this version. It gives the impression of old (and knowing) eyes looking out of a youthfully innocent face.

Francis' face is actually completely the same as before, just his hair and the position are different, it's even the same light. Amazing how that changes him, isn't it? He actually is pretty young for a vampire, not as young as Tyron, but he was turned in the 50s by a Persian vampire who found him on the street after being nearly beaten to death by a gang for being gay. He turned him and took care that he learned to adopt to his vampire senses but Francis never got his name and or who he really was. He is secretly searching for "The Persian" ever since. I had this Valentine Candy box for ages and never used it, thought it was fitting for him XD A bit effeminate but also sexy and seductive
And the shamelessness wasn't really Marietta either, she is calm and older than Elijah, radiating much more confidence and experience in life. So she holding that fragile little bird isn't as random after all I guess ^^
And Ty really came to himself here, the other one really looked embarrassed *lol* Though Elijah's behaviour often is embarrassing to Ty after all
Thanks

Yes, Elijah has too many issues of his own to help Tyron cope with his. Is that partly why Tyron was attracted to Marietta? Because she's so much calmer - a point of stability to cling to after his life changed so completely?
It's interesting that the two of them, Marietta and Tyron, are the ones who aren't being sexually provocative. The other three are all putting on a sort of "mating display". But each of them is doing that in a completely different way which suits his own personality (or at least, the way I imagine his personality). Alessio, young and brash, is showing off his body, Elijah, darkly sinful, is tempting you from the path of virtue, and Francis, pretty and sweet, is luring you with a harmless-seeming indulgence.
Tyron, the serious student, is smiling at Elijah's clowning but you can see that he isn't being drawn into it - Elijah isn't succeeding in pulling him off the path of virtue. And Marietta is like the calm eye of the storm.
When I first saw this, I thought it was just a fun piece of carnival craziness, but it has hidden depths. It tells you quite a lot about the characters if you take a moment to really look at it and think about it. You've been very clever

I always wanted to hold one too, want to know how that feels my mother is terrified by snakes but as long as they don't bite or are poisonous I like them ^^ To scare the crap out of me it needs eight legs and disgusting bodies... yuck >.<
