Description
The setting of FREEDOM. A graphic novel series by me. (soon to be...maybe...urk)Descriptions of the lands coming soon.
I'd like to thank my Graphic art's class for giving me some skills in photoshop, and my mom for the tablet I used, and this youtube tutorial for showing me some pointers on custom cartography.

I really didn't do much other than pick a couple paper textures and erase a whole bunch of stuff. XD Thats the basics of making the map. The text was just tampered with until I got it how I like it. Effects helped.

I have my original characters, but nothing really new yet. Sometimes I make creatures, I need to do that some more. If you check out my Freedom folder that's where most of my work is at. I'm not that far.

I like it, it's a well done map.
The only thing I think that could improve it is moving the edges in a bit. Some of the landmass's edges are a little too close to the edge so it feel like the frame it's in is being constricted, but that isn't anything a slight resize couldn't fix. That little extra space between the edge and the land would actually open it up and make it feel larger, I know counter intuitive right? Plus if you're going to want to publish this, you're going to want that extra space for bleed.

I did think about bleed but I didn't really know how to go about it in my program at the time, so I just said "whatever" lol. Now I don't know that I an fix it because my old computer died and I haven't found the files for it yet. qq
