I found an image of Merman Flounder which was OBVIOUSLY copied from this one or you both used the same image by another artist. Flounder looked like he was don in crayon or waxy pencilsΒ

I used dodge and burn at different exposure percents. I actually followed a tutorial by kaykaykit on DA hope this helps!
