General:

Baninja is a banana who was trained in the arts of stealth and combat by the great Master Fuji, the very first yasai-shinobi (vegetable ninja). After years of living and training in the clan's secret hideout, the adventurous young banana decided to venture into the mysterious and deadly "outside world." This foray into the unknown would change his life forever; fortunately, his ninja skills will serve him well in the misadventures to come.

Skills:

A master of the Bananjutsu fighting style, Baninja is capable of great feats of strength, stealth, and agility. To wit: he can knock a human out cold, break down a door, survive getting kicked around by pedestrians, and pause in midair for anticlimactic effect.

His stem is actually a sword which is capable of cutting nearly anything -- it can sever a human limb with ease, and can even cut into the roof of a speeding bus. The sword is made from a special phlebotinum alloy imbued with the existential meditations of a secretive sect of Taro monks; thus, the laws of physics and logic are moot.

Opponents take note: when Baninja has his sword out, he does not have a stem.

Personality:

This banana is, above all things, a ninja. He is dedicated to serving the goals of his ninja clan, as well as protecting his friends and banana kinsmen against the ever-present threat of human consumption. Though naive to the ways of the outside world, he is both courageous and curious enough to face its dangers.
