Description
Sooooooooooo is holding a contest, fusing two of their gems into a fantastically fabulous, totally bad ass fusion~!I got incredibly excited because I knew, immediately that I was gonna for sure use Onyx ~! Choosing a gem after the fact was actually a lot harder, but eventually I settled on Chalcedony !
Gobs this was so much fun to draw, I can't even begin to explain~!
Can't wait to see what everyone else does for this contest, literally the best part of being in a contest is checking out your competition~!!!

Whooaah! They're so pretty, oh my gosh~ Where do I begin?
First if all, the colors! The colors! They're so spoopy! They fit perfectly with the smokey contour and her markings. It gives her this very... dangerous but delicate look. I love it.
And her hair! It looks so soft and flowy? The way it frames her face is very striking!
Her pose is fantastic, too. Your anatomy is really improving!
I love her outfit! I really like the geometric look to her top. It really contrasts with the curved lines of her pants, and just... her whole character flows together.
Beautiful.

Gosh, you can't believe how relieved I am that this fusion was so well received!
I was super concerned when I was working on them, but maybe I need to have
a little more faith in my work? XD
I love that you seem to always know the style I'm trying to convey in my characters~!
The components of this fusion made me want to create something that looked off putting,
like a china doll~ Delicate and clearly breakable, but still somehow terrifying~! and outfits
are actually such a struggle for me, so I always appreciate the compliments I receive about
outfits XD

I found the mythology of this gem! Here it is:

I freaking love those smokey arms, and their hair is fab as f*ck. Also that outfit speaks to me. I would wear that sh*t. I hope inability to not swear about this shows just how f*cking awesome I think this is.
