Indeed one of the best artwork of this character I have seen.

Always thought that suit looked great only for comics and animation, but wow that texturing made it believable.

When I saw this art, I was immediately thinking about "HK Forbidden super Hero: the abnormal crisis"

The name 'Gwen' means 'White' in Welsh, she also wears a white in her outfit

The pose is great, in terms of anatomy it is spot on, as a character it is true to the original deisgn.
But why is the lighting inversed, compared to the background? 
It isn't noticed at first, but the shading on the right hand gives it away.Β
Still, it is really enjoyable!

It looks really good! My only critique would probably be that Gwen's right hands lighting doesn't fit the scene. It looks like it would be taken at night or indoors, not during the day while the city is over head.
