Description
WIP of everyone's favourite synthesoid Avenger. I wanted to sneak an earlier iteration in before the Paul Bettany Avengers 2 design takes hold - and it's a beautiful one - but I'm still digging on the elegant simplicity of the original design. I've just activated his surface here as an entire IC mainframe, cloak included. Always wanted to see that, never quite understood why I never did. Not finished but having fun with the restraintRelated content

Insanely good done a smig off given how it's one of the few of your works that doesn't have a background.

Nice combination of the classic and the new! The tech-cloak design that's present in the MCU design is one of my favourite additions, I like how you extend it further here. And while I always thought the high collar never did make sense, gotta admit it helped his silhouette stand out more. Β I find thatΒ Paul Bettany doesn't exactly have the most heroic shoulders, so he could use something in the costume to make his silhouette be stronger, maybe a solid high collar like Vision's latest comic design does.

Agreed - I've always trusted the core design for most enduring characters. Vision is a prime example of an elegant, clean and efficient design and great silhouette, collar included. With the cloak I was guessing that they'd go with an integrated circuit IC board motif. Got lucky there lol

You've really succeeded in making this look special

The idea to incorporate the PCB pattern into Vision's body and cloak was downright brilliant.Β
