For the contest over at TLKFAA.The "idea" was to draw the Lion King characters in the era style of Steamboat Willie. I did a lot of research for this piece and had a ton of fun drawing it. I swear I was laughing the whole time I drew the bean zebra. >< I tried so desperately hard to do a proper background for this, but alas, I suck at those.
So yes, a scene from the IJCWTBK sequence. Lookit Nala gooo! You know Simba's lovin' it. <3

I absolutely hat this style of animation, but there's somthing in this that just makes me like it... I never would have pictured simba and nala in such a style... it seems ugly, but you made it so... not ugly. you did a fine job at the style, you definatly deserve to win! I love it!
