This is a really easy to understand tutorial. I like how you actually explain what you are doing when you are colorizing the black and white drawing. The final image turned out really nice as well! You've definitely got a lot of skill when it comes to character design!
It's really nice how you explain each step and what you are doing. So many tutorials just show the steps, but never give any details. I look forward to seeing your tutorial on painting skin when it is ready.
Overall, great job, and a very helpful tutorial! It's the sort of thing a beginning digital painter like me really needs!

I did a tutorial that shows how to colorize realistic skin using just red, green, and blue, and will be posting it on Youtube mid-February. I'll post a link when it is up. If you can properly colorize skin, you can pretty much colorize anything else.
