The Berlitzian Army:
Formed after the Berlitzian Revolution out of the various Nationalist Militias, the Berlitzian Army is a well disciplined and strong army. Despite not having fought a war since it’s founding, Berlitzia has intervened in Slavardia, Sandoria and Endooria. That was until 1950, when it was attacked by Slavardia and declared war. Since then, 418,000 men have died fighting for Berlitzia but a stalemate is still in effect.
The Berlitzian Army is divided into a Mountain Division, Airborne Division, Armored Division and infantry division. The Infantry wear the Berlitzian K12 helmet and traditional Army fatigues worn since 1949. They also wear grey, as Berlitzia’s war in Slavardia is often fought in snow and mud. The winter uniform consists of a white parka and helmet covering given to nearly all soldiers and a greycoat. However, the greycoats were only introduced in 1951, and the parkas often ripped, making Berlitzia’s winter forces very underprepared compared to the Slavardians or Genies.
