I hand drew Chill Penguin from Megaman X. I bet Chill Penguin would have been a great friend and helper to Megaman, and a good comic relief, just listen to his day of sigma voice, he sounds like a silly bird. Too bad all the X series is is animal robots vs human robots....I don't really care for that, honestly, wasted potential man.OH well!
