-Baxter Stockman from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"
-Technus from "Danny Phantom"
-Professor Monkey-For-A-Head from "Earthworm Jim"
-Doc Ock from "Spider-Man"
-Dr. M from "Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves"
-Dr. Nitrus Brio from "Crash Bandicoot"
-Dr. Paradign/Pirahnoid from "Street Sharks"

Now, his bio:
Dr. Paul Nuthatch was a biologist working at the University of Sciences in the Bronx, when Silverclaw asked him to offer his services to his cause. Unfortunately, Paul didn't know that Silverclaw would have him working on an army of mutant super soldiers for him to commit crimes all around New York City, and help him take over the nation of Leoporia, which is Shannon Leopard's home nation. He was hesistant, but agreed to it because he needed some extra cash to help support his family. However, things took a turn for the worst when Silverclaw discovered that the mutants thatΒ Paul created for him weren't up to snuff. So, as a result, he had his henchman Buffalo Bruiser beat the snot out of him, and once he dragged him into the back alley, popped him one in the eye. Afterwards, he threw him into the Hudson River, leaving him to drown.
That was, until Paul washed up onto his old lab in New Jersey, and built up on it to create "Crackerbox Labs." So, after forging some scraps from a nearby junkyard, Paul fashioned an artificial eye as well as a few more cybernetic enhancements to reduce his aging as well as giving him some extra new abilities. Under the name "Dr. Crackerbox," he uses his meniacal gift of science to play God, and create his own army of mutant super soldiers to get back at Silverclaw, rule the New York criminal underworld, and overthrow the Leoporian government for himself.
As for his personality, the guy is INSANE!!!!! Just like the Medic from "Team Fortress 2," he's got no compassion for the sick, no respect for furry dignity, and has no regard on whether or not his victims live or die. But, he wasn't ALWAYS like that. Before the incident between him and Silverclaw, Paul was actually a kind and respcetable scientist with a family that was struggling with money. After spending his college learning about biology, he decided to offer his knowledge to the University looking for extra cash to help out. But, when he was double-crossed by Silverclaw, he put all that behind him. But, even when he became an evil, conniving mad scientist, he still hasn't forgotten about his family, and vows to return to them one day if his insanity gets cured.
So, whaddaya think, guys?

They never do start out quite insane do they?
Ah but time and certain people will do that to a man...or bird in this case. And with his continuing experiments, I imagine he's only gotten even more off the deep end!

Nope. Someone's gotta make 'em crack.
That's a good interpretation of him.
