Wanted me to do an eye tutorial, so I whipped something quick up this morning.Hopefully it makes sense.
Feel free to ask me if you want me to make a tutorial of anything!
I use Photoshop CS4 but the technique should be transferable.

I use Photoshop CS4, though most of the tools I use should be available in all versions of Photoshop. Well, at least as far as I'm aware.
