Here it is the final piece in the three part series that I've been working on. What I find most interesting is that I've been able to sheel out decent work like this three days and nights in a row. About 5 months ago that would have seemed like a tirade from an escaped mental patient.
Nevertheless it seems to have worked out well.

This is Fred Weasley and Harry Potter's Pet Owl Hedwig.
If you haven't deduced by now, this series is in memoriam of the characters on the good side who were killed in the final installment of the Harry Potter book series: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
[forgive me if Im repeating myself.]

Fred Weasley. The death in the book that took me by complete surprise. J.K. Rowling has halved one of the greatest duos in all of literary history. [I say "one of" because I'm sure there are countless others.]
I know many people will mourn his death, as he was one of the more popular characters in the cast.
He will be missed.
As for the drawing, his hair gave me so much trouble, you should have seen the first styling, I had managed to draw a young Conan O'Brien, and that was not at all my plan, so with a bit of tweaking I managed to get it right and I'm quite happy with the outcome.

Hedwig was the biggest challenge for me though out of this entire project. I'm not one to draw animals, not especially fowl, unless those animals are mythical. But even then I have a hell of a time getting them right.
I spent most of my time growing up learning to draw the human form [and again I still have issues with it. ].
Still though once I had a reference, [link] , it was as simple as, for me, calculus....Math....bad...
Uh so yeah, it took a couple of tries but I'm happy that I managed to keep some realism about the figure, but manage to maintain my own style with it.

Over all I think this peice does the two justice.
As well as the first two...

And as a side note, as I don't think it's quite clear, No, Fred is not looking at a watch, he has just had hedwig on his arm.

Anyway, fullview? no I don't think so...
