Description
Here is my rendition of the god of time.
FYI this Chronos isn't the baby eater, thats Cronos or Kronos the titan. Because their names are so similar people have combined them as one being.

I'm gonna guess the baby represents the beginning of a life and the older figure with the skeletal represents the end of a life while the Roman numerals on the little orbs state a time period the egg with the infinity sign represents ever living life thus creating this wonderful time god.

This is really cool design. So he is a grim reaper esc Father Time. Is the Fetus a Baby New Year?

Wow, I never knew people were mixing two different mythological figures together... you are more knowledgeable about mythology than I am, and I consider myself a myth nut!
We should chat about mythology sometime.

I don't know how you can make that claim. Time consumes us all.

No seriously that's how it is in the greek myths Kronos was king of the titans but Chronos was a primordial god of time like Gaea, Uranus, and Tartarus which most folks forget is both a person and a place.

But time eats everything, nyet? Even rocks will disintegrate after enough years go by. Entropy drags everything down to a very low norm. So, in a way, you could say that time will eat everything, not just its own children. Which of the two Gods is more powerful? Kronos or Chronos?

That wasn't the point the point of this the point was whether or not they were the same person. And as a rule in greek mythology the older a set of gods the more powerful they are thats why when the new generation rises up they always need to develop newer and more powerful weapons to make up for the gap in power.

Okay, is Chronos immune to time?

All deities are immune to time and Chronos IS time itself.

I cannot buy that. I cannot see how anything, even time, can be immune to its own effects. If nothing moves how will it even know that it exists? How would anyone know? Now you know why I am an atheist. There are just too many contradictions in all of religion--even paganism. Sorry to have bothered you, but i just had to test your idea.
Be seein' ya,
Juan.

Thats what you're not understanding in the greek mythology the primordial didn't have bodies they were a driving consciousness behind a concept or thing that why Chronos wasn't just the god of time he was time itself and Gaea wasn't just the Goddess of the earth she was the planet these aren't people or things these are the driving forces and wills behind the things that make up the universe. Your viewpoint is too narrow you need to open up your mind to different possibilities and ideas whether or not you're atheist has nothing to do with it.

If it helps, you can call Cronus by his Latin name, Saturn
That's how I tell these two apart
